Hi, just in case you were wondering.. the volcano seen in the picture with yellow and pink houses (and stone street), is the Volcan de Agua (translated Water Volcano), it has been sleeping for decades.. so in that picture is just a cloud hehe... and it´s located in Antigua Guatemala, Guatemala (that's in Central America)(yes you can climb it, about 6 hours)
ya, the pic with the car driving towards the pyroclastic flow...? im pretty sure its MT Pinatubo in the Phillipines, and if i remember correctly from a documentary i saw on the eruption, the guy is, as someone said, no longer with us.
The photo with car going toward eruption is photoshopped. I remember seeing this photo before in Nat Geo or something like that, and the car was facing the viewer. This is the original:
