    A high quality mens winter shirt is something I never knew I needed in my life but thanks to the lovely folk at McNair Shirts who sent me one of their awesome merino mountain shirts to try out on our family snowboarding trip to Whistler I couldn’t do without it now. Here’s my review of why I love this mountain shirt. Immediately I knew this shirt wasn’t you everyday winter shirt. It was delivered in a beautifully presented box, hand wrapped, beautifully done.

    One thing I noticed straight away was how well made the shirt is and the sheer quality of the merino lamb wool and what beautiful craftsmanship.     Not quite the mountains but a Sunday morning at Watergate Bay on the North coast of Cornwall I wore this McNair shirt for a few photos – strong cold wind were blowing in off the coast and I was mighty glad I had this shirt on. It kept me warm but not too warm unlike many winter jackets and shirts I’ve tried over the years.

    This mountain shirt from McNair Shirts is so well made, it fits beautifully, very comfortable to wear and perfect with just one layer underneath. I’m pretty confident I’ll be wearing this shirt for many more years to come.
